Terrible Exoerience
Over four months and all the lender agent at West Capital Lending did was waste my time while taking $520 of my money for a "full appraisal"!

Just Dont - Pick someone else to work with.
If you can work with another company PLEASE DO!!! Our loan officer Was Alex VP, Who lied to us throughout the entire process for our loan. And it continues. We signed our loan documents last night 10.25 for 5K less than the first documents suggested - only to wake up this morning to more changes to the closing documents. We started this process Wk 2 of september and received our conditional approval on 9/17 - We were told the closing would happen by the first week in October (it didn't). We were told the return to us would be 10K - then it was 9K - then when we signed last night it was 6K. No explanation for the changes at all - when I tried to text and call Alex while the notary was here - I was of course, ghosted with no response or answers. I texted and called and emailed this morning 10.26 - NOTHING! Not sure why I expected them to care now. The close was signed the they got their commission, so they're done. This was a debt consolidation refi - are they paying the creditors like we were told? Hell no - the separate checks made out to our creditors will be sent to us 1-4 business days later so 10.31..... for us to mail ourselves which is going to add another week and make the payments that needed to be paid on the 1st or within the first week of November LATE - Beautiful! Also told that we would have a two month break before the mtg payment was due again - LIE! we have 30 days. The amount of the loan magically increased by 10K from last night to this morning with no explanation given and the response from West Capital.... Crickets! The plan was to refi now and then again in 6 months to lower the payments back down.... I will still take this path as it seems to be what we need to do but it WILL NOT be with these people. We needed help and we got screwed. AGAIN - Please, please, please... do yourself a favor and skip West Capital for someone who you can actually trust - these people are not it.
