I had submitted a bank wire the wrong way. Savannah, Member Service Team, contacted me and helped me patiently to re-submit it correctly and avoiding at the same time to pay the transfer fee twice. I have had account executive and support staff from zero to 10+, and my account executive Ken and his processor Brandi and others in support roles at Quorum Federal Credit Union have treated me like their largest volume client, even though I surely am not. These folks go above and beyond to make a loan happen and I am so glad I found them! My clients love their speed, their rates, their loan programs, and their efficiency!

I have worked with Quorum for several years. I am never disappointed . They have saved dozens of loans for us and give us an option to get more clients into homes. This past week was no different. I was able to get a client into a home because of quorums amazing products and service. Vinny, Brandi and Andrea were incredible. They cared about my clients as much as I did. They saved my loan that was competing with a cash offer and we had to close fast. It was a 7 day loan with a holiday in the middle of those days. Brandi worked tirelessly even logging in on the 4th of July to check in on the loan closing on Friday the 5th. Andrea got us across the finish line and Vinny ensured we were signed and funded on the same day so our clients could move in over the weekend! I’ve been in lending 20 years and to date have never found anyone that takes care of your clients like Quorum does. Well done team. Looking forward to the next seven years working with you.

Eddie verified my information and security questions that I answered correctly. He was able to refund the 11 instances of fees back to my savings. I appreciate the thorough followup. Thank you.
