They take the time to understand your financial situation with a simple onboarding process, then they spend individual time with you to understand what are the important mortgage factors for you, and then finally they present a portfolio of mortgage options with a recommendation based on the factors you have shared with them. On top of all this, you have a dedicated phone number with them to quickly connect on questions that come up. I recommend everyone partner with Jason and apply their guidance in identifying the best mortgage for you. My husband and I have worked with Jim twice now, once for a refinance and once for a new home purchase. The financial team at SunnyHill Financial, were amazing. Simply put they were able to get me and my family into our dream home by getting us the absolute best interest rate on a home loan. There is zero chance we would have been able to afford our home if it were not for Brian and Brian. They outlined the entire home buying process through securing our loan, they responded to questions nearly minutes of me asking, and secured our loan in under 30 days. It truly is a miracle what they have done for me and my family when considering the home market and costs of houses in 2024. My realtor (Nelson with Nelson Realty Group) recommended that I reach out to Nick for my mortgage needs. It was another great recommendation from Nelson. Nick and I spoke about what were my budget plans, what were my intentions regarding paying off the mortgage, and pretty much anything that would help him present the best options for me. My mind was blown. Not only did he present a number of options, but he also explained them to me in non-financial/accounting terms, so I was able to clearly understand what choices I had ahead. Throughout the process, he talked to me every step of the way, letting me know what happens now, what happens next, and down the line. In this manner, I was able to avoid a lot of the stress that getting a mortgage can bring. By the time we closed on the house and signed all the paperwork, I felt very confident and comfortable in the decisions I made regarding the mortgage. And it is all because of Nick. I do not plan on buying another home, but if I do, I will definitely be reaching out to him.

Nick and the team at Sunnyhill financial were great partners as we took out a purchase loan. Their ability to compare different lenders really is an asset - they beat all the rates we were able to secure at other places and all in were the best option. Nick was very helpful and our loan processor just as helpful. We had some snags on the lender side but that was not the fault of Nick or anyone at Sunnyhill. Definitely give them a shot for your next refi / purchase financing needs.

Trevor with Sunnyhill Financial was a gem throughout the homebuying process. From answering calls on the weekend while he golfed with his sister, to answering my random questions via text. The mortgage summary was straight forward and didn't have loads of hoops like buying down the rate or using complex points. I felt I could be totally honest with him without fear of sales tactics. In fact, he encouraged me to seek out other lenders because he was that confident in Sunnyhill's ability to provide the best mortgage, which they did. It was so refreshing in comparison to other lenders we spoke to. I highly reccomend Trevor and will likely use him again for future properties.
