I called Jason on a Tuesday morning with a quote and an inquiry about their buy down interest plans. He had me in underwriting in less than 72 hours and closed on my home in 3 weeks from date of my phone call. He was timely and respectful! He was very responsive. He either returned my call within 30 minutes or I had an email in my inbox in less time than that. The experience I had with Northpointe was almost seamless and without stress! Every time a document needed to be signed, I received a text message to go into my portal and review/sign. It took the waiting game out of hearing from your lender about when docs would be ready. Along with a text and email to review, I also received a phone call just to make sure I received the notification. Jason was always available to answer any questions and go over anything that I needed clarity. I will be using Northpointe bank in the future and recommending it to all my friends, family and coworkers. Thanks Jason!
