Brian and his team were great throughout the refinancing process. Brian answered all our questions and the team processed our application very quickly. We closed after only 2 weeks! Their rates were also great. Would recommend.

Straightforward discussion of options (rates vs. up-front, terms, period, ...), realistic descriptions of pluses and minuses of different options. Prompt and easy interaction on the phone and via email. Easy paperwork, everything was online up to final signing. If I finance or refinance in the future, I'll use them again.

Brian and team were quick to move my refi along and responsive when I had questions. Uploading documents through their app made it even easier. This was my first time doing a refi all through email or over the phone so that took a little getting used to compared to sitting down in person. Mcglone’s part went smooth and after it was done my loan was sold to a good lender with a good user interface so overall I’m very pleased.
