Aurora Financial is the way to go if you need a home mortgage or refinance or whatever else they offer! I can confidently say this as I’ve now completed 1 loan and 1 refinance with them. They close quicker than other lenders and they have the most competitive rates. If you’re lucky enough to get Leah as your processor just know that you’re working with the best in the business. She makes it so easy and streamlines the process, even for us self employed folks. I highly recommend Leah and Aurora Financial!

I’m a second time home buyer and I WISH my first experience was this seamless. If you're looking for a mortgage lender with the best rates (trust me, I shopped around), you need to call Aurora Financial—and specifically ask for Dave and Leah as your partners. I especially appreciated Leah's *next-level* communication and organization. We had a pretty tight timeline to close on our home, and not all parties were easy to work with, but Leah handled everything with patience, professionalism, and grace. She kept me updated at every step, explained the details in a way that was easy to understand, and somehow made the process less stressful and more fun than I expected. We managed to close on time, even with the last-minute curveballs. Couldn’t recommend Leah and Aurora Financial more!

My experience with Aurora Financial was spectacular. I have completed many real estate transactions and worked with many different lenders. Every aspect of the experience exceeded expectations. From the first thought of a new home purchase, loan officer Dave was always available, provided accurate information in a timely manner and got me through the application process in a breeze once I located a home to purchase. I could not believe my luck to be paired with loan processor Leah Palmer. Our styles meshed perfectly and it was as if she was as excited to get this home bought as I was. She was able to get the initial documentation requirements to me within 24 hours of the application, provided a detailed roadmap of the stages of the loan process, identifying tasks belonging to each of us. We were able to complete our steps quickly with no agita over the timeline. As closing approached she got right back in tough to keep the process moving forward. Obtaining a loan requires both applicant and lender to be responsive and if I waited 24 hours for anything from Aurora I would be shocked. Here is sit, loan approved, ready to close and I am a week ahead of schedule. Many thanks to Aurora, both the people I worked directly with and management. They clearly have a great business model, care for their employees and attract very talented human capital as a result. I highly recommend Aurora for the experience alone. If you have ever had a bad experience obtaining a mortgage you will understand even if it costs you an eighth of a point on the loan its money well spent for the peace of mind to close your transaction on time.
